WORKSHOP // Nurturing Your Inner Creative
Hosted by Lauren Bailey-Madden
Nurture the inner creative. Find connection with creativity through sound meditation.
A gathering focused on nurturing the compassionate creative within each of us. Through guided sound meditation with Himalayan singing bowls and chimes, combined with a mini-workshop series, this event explores how personal well-being, empathy, and creativity intertwine. Together, these elements enhance both our design process and our connections with others.
Parking is available adjacent to Shelby Bottoms Nature Center. Please ensure you park in the designated areas and observe any posted parking regulations.
