PANEL / PARTY
Nashville Design Week
Hear a panel about the evolution of the Nashville Design Week brand identity followed by our signature Closing Party with a warehouse vibe.
Help us close out Nashville Design Week 2023 while being immersed in the ethos of Design Week: yesterday, today and tomorrow. We will start the evening with a short panel about our purpose for NDW and why we think it is critical to do a full rebrand every single year. The panel will kick-off a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the next Nashville Design Week Brand Partner, so we highly encourage graphic designers to attend that are interested in putting their name in the hat. Attendees will hear from the last 3 Brand Partners (Rex Runyeon, Lasso Studio, and New Hat) about each of their experiences creating two unique visual identities for Nashville Design Week over each of their 2 year terms. From creating NDW’s foundational identity, to navigating the state of the world in 2020, and now challenging the brand to evolve, we will dig into what makes it special to create a brand that represents the Nashville design community for just a moment in time.
After the panel, we will enjoy a party with an homage to Nashville Design Week’s beginnings with a warehouse vibe that puts the 2023 brand on full display. Cocktails will be provided by Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery and their associated spirit brands. Photo Booth experience provided by Hi-Fi Media Co.
Parking is free onsite, but rideshare or carpooling recommended.
