  • Nicole Delger is CEO of Studio Delger, a graphic design firm that specializes in branding and visual identity. A Nashville native and Vanderbilt graduate, Nicole’s experience includes time at the award-winning ad agency GSD&M in Austin and Rolling Stone magazine and more than a decade running her own marketing and consulting practice. 

  • Jennifer Turner is the President and CEO of Tennessee Performing Arts Center®, a leading nonprofit arts organization in Nashville, where she oversees efforts to foster excellence in the performing arts and arts education. With over 20 years of experience, Jennifer is an influential leader in the industry having served previously as executive vice president and managing director for the Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Southern California and chief operating officer for the national historic landmark Auditorium Theatre in Chicago.

  • Dr. Janelle Brooks is the Executive Principal of Warner Arts Magnet Elementary in East Nashville, where she leads with a commitment to academic, social, and emotional growth through an arts-integrated STEAM approach. With 15 years of experience in education, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education Mathematics from Vanderbilt University, a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Lipscomb University, and a Doctorate in Learning Organizations and Strategic Change from Lipscomb University. At Warner, she champions a robust learning environment that integrates arts into core classes and offers pathways in music, drama, physical education, strings, dance, and visual art & design, making the school a cornerstone of the East Nashville community.

  • As Executive Director of the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville, Jill McMillan Palm provides entrepreneurial education and capacity-building resources to more than 8,000 individual artists, arts nonprofit leaders, creative businesses and arts enthusiasts annually. Jill is a graduate of Pepperdine University with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communication. She was elected to the Nashville Emerging Leaders class of 2019; received the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce’s Emerging Leaders Award in the Arts, Entertainment, and Music Business category in 2022; and is currently in the Leadership Middle Tennessee class of 2025.

TPAC's new East Bank home and the Shelby Naval Commons building will be transformative cultural hubs for not only the East Nashville community, but for our whole city. This panel offers an opportunity to hear directly from the leaders driving these ambitious projects.

Attendees will learn how each of their missions to contribute to the cultural, economic, and social fabric of the community are shaping the designs in the projects’ early stages.
