THE NEW ATHENIAN
THE NEW ATHENIAN, led by Joe Clemons + Holley Maher, is a creative agency in Nashville, TN. We love magazines, expanded access to the arts, and all things nerdy. Our favorite projects grow community, pique intellectual curiosity, and promote altruism.
Holley hasn't stopped doodling on something since 1995 and is a published children's book illustrator. She spends her free time playing DND, making art, and obsessing over niche stationery products. Joe likes to daydream about independent media cooperatives and rare southern delicacies—lately spiced peaches and cottage cheese.
We are currently taking clients with goals for goodness in The South.
